  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over £100

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide where rules apply.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] 
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed however we advise you to contact the provider. 

7. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
You are responsible for your own adress, please double or even triple check when writing it in to make sure it's correct otherwise you could end up without a parcel or refund!! If you have messed up your address, contact us ASAP via our website form OR alternatively our email [email protected] and we will fix the issue if the parcel is still with us.
